Every speed has its place. Every place has its speed.
PEVRA’s position is simple: electric unicycles co-exist safely with pedestrians, bikes and cars — riding at the speed each space calls for, welcome on every kind of infrastructure.
So far the record holds 15 places and 260 researched rule rows — and 13 verified by a human.
Every row starts unresearched and becomes a verdict only when a named steward verifies the source in a browser. That is why the zero is honest — and why the first verified rows will mean something. The record’s every change is public at /legal/changes.
For the riders we have lost: the memorial.
