About PEVRA
PEVRA is the Personal Electric Vehicle Riders Association, a California nonprofit membership association based in San Francisco, founded in 2018 and run entirely by volunteers. It runs Jump On!, free training for new riders; Westwheel, an annual expedition on public roads; the Pevvie Awards; and this site, a public database of the law on personal electric vehicles, place by place, with every claim tied to the clause it comes from. Its positions on the law are at pevra.org/legal/policy.
